Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients requiring enteral and parenteral nutrition to support > 3 days; According to admission diagnosis (admission diagnosis): multiple injuries or sepsis;Infectious shock plus multiple organ dysfunction syndrome;Retrieval department: EICU.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Metabolic chronic diseases that are difficult to control, such as diabetes, thyroid disease (hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism), Cushing's syndrome; Age <18 years; Pregnant or nursing mother; The presence of tuberculosis, HIV infection and other acute infectious diseases; Severe liver, kidney, heart and other important organ failure exists.
