Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Severe aplastic anemia(SAA)patients without matched related donor(MRD)or meet the transplantation needs of the unrelated donor (URD), Meet one of the following criteria: 1. All patients with severe aplastic anemia (SAA) who have experienced treatment failure to immunotherapy (IST); 2. SAA patients whose family members asked for transplantation as the preferred treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe infection causes migration process there is a danger of life SAA patients
