Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years old; 2. Patients with atrophic nonunion of long bone and bone graft; 3. Follow-up for at least 9 months already; 4. patient demographic frature and medical history data were completed; 5. X-ray and CT scan were done before grafting and X-ray were done after grafting.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. primary open fracture; 2. hypertrophic nonunion; 3. pathological fracture (tumor or metabolic bone disease); 4. rheumatism; 5. Infectious nonunion; 6. immature bones; 7. blood system diseases; 8. radiation therapy; 9. chemotherapy; 10. chronic treatment of steroids; 11. pregnancy.
