20 Years to 34 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women coming to Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital in Shandong Province for treatment; 2. Aged 20-34 years; 3. Cognitive function is sufficient to understand the research content and complete the informed consent procedure. 4. Satisfy the diagnostic criteria of thrombosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With following diseases: epilepsy and other nervous system diseases, acute and chronic renal failure, severe diabetes, disorders in heart, liver, kidney, endocrine and metabolic system, blood system and other or diseases that may affect the pregnancy outcomes, history of using anticoagulants (heparin therapy, warfarin, etc.), polycythemia vera, varicose veins, etc., surgery (major surgery, arthroscopy), oral contraceptive (OC), acute thrombosis attack, 2. Drug addicts and other psychoactive substance addicts; 3. Color blindness, color weakness and non-right-handedness.
