Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are diagnosed with infantile hemangioma according to ISSVA diagnostic criteria; 2. Patients less than 1 year old who are suffering from proliferated infantile hemangioma; 3. Patients with ulcerated infantile hemangiomas presented to Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital during the time period of September,2019 to December, 2020. The duration from initiation of ulceration to the first visit to our clinic center should be less than 15 days; 4. Untreated lesions (patients who didnt take oral or topical ßreceptor-blocker or be treated with laser before); 5. Patients guardians who are willing to cooperate with treatment and subsequent visits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been diagnosed with severe immune deficiency or congenital diseases; 2. Patients with severe infantile hemangioma who should take oral Propranolol and those who are receiving other treatments of ulcerations; 3. Patients participating in other clinical trials; 4. Patients who are allergic to ß receptor-blocker drugs.
