28 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) surgical patients definitely diagnosed as uterine leiomyomas by the postoperative pathology. (2)general anesthesia during operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) history of hematological diseases. (2) history of gastrointestinal hemorrhage. (3) history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, like hypertension and thromboembolism. (4) severe abnormal liver and renal function. (5) history of chronic internal medical and immunity diseases, like diabetes and systemic lupus erythematosus. (6) take drugs that probably affect perioperative blood coagulation. (7) the pregnancy and lactation women. (8) complicated with endometriosis or adenomyosis. (9) complicated with cervical lesion. (10) perioperative blood transfusion. (11) coagulation disorders.
