18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I~II; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Normal singleton pregnancy; 4. Gestational age >=37 weeks; 5. Body mass index (BMI)>=30kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal of spinal anesthesia; 2. Twin pregnancy; 3. History of spinal deformity or spinal surgery; 4. Contraindications for spinal anesthesia; 5. Emergency caesarean section.
