Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients >=18 years of age with isolated open fractures of tibia or femur were included in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with multiple co-morbids or III-C fracture on GA classification will be excluded from the study
