Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years; 2. Complete coronary angiography within the specified time; 3. Clear awareness, independent signing of informed consent and follow-up documents; 4. Accept the test plan and agree to provide blood samples.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous PCI or CABG; 2. Patients with hemodynamic instability or left ventricular ejection fraction less than 30%; 3. Patients with severe progressive disease such as tumor; 4. Patients with systemic diseases such as rheumatoid and septic; 5. Patients with cirrhosis and/or liver function decompensation; 6. Patients with abnormal renal function; 7. Pregnant women.
