Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged from 18 or more years; diagnosed as refractive error,including myopia and astigmatism; with strong desire of myopia correction; met surgical requirements for ICL V4c implantation through preoperative examinations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Corneal endothelial cell density (ECD) <= 2000 cell/mm2; any history of ocular surgery, cataract, glaucoma, amblyopia, retinal detachment, neuro-ophthalmic diseases, or ocular inflammatory diseases.
