35 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Aged 35-80 years. 2 In patients with moderate and above copd with clear diagnosis of lung function, I.E. FEV1/FVC<70% after inhalation of bronchial dilatants, and<80% expected value of FEV1%. 3 It is expected that the follow-up will be completed for one year. 4 Be able to sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Bronchial asthma, pulmonary fibrosis, bronchial dilation, and other lung diseases; or hypertension, heart disease, chronic liver and kidney disease, diabetes, chronic gastrointestinal diseases, malignant tumors, critically ill patients. 2 Mental state does not match the observer or the person with cognitive impairment.
