Acupoint injection group:Acupoint injection of HCG

Muscle injection group:Intramuscular injection of HCG

control group:Oral testosterone undecanoate capsules

40 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40 to 65 years, male. 2. AMS >= 27 points. 3. TT <= 11.5nmol/L; TSI<= 2.8nmol/IU.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pituitary or testicular organic diseases. 2. Patients with prostate cancer or breast cancer. 3. Benign prostatic hyperplasia with severe lower urinary tract obstruction or prostate specific antigen (PSA) > 4 ug/L. 4. Patients with polycythemia. 5. Patients with severe sleep apnea syndrome. 6. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic diseases. 7. Patients with severe mental illness.
