Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Complying with the above diagnostic criteria for chronic hepatitis B; (2) Aged 20 to 50 years, willing to participate in the assessment, junior high school or above culture, no barriers to expression and communication.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe hepatitis B, cirrhosis and hepatic space occupying diseases; (2) suffering from other serious physical diseases; (3) Past mental illness and severe mental retardation; (4) History of drug and alcohol dependence; (5) Exclusion of other types of viral hepatitis; (6) Skin diseases such as ulcerative dermatitis, eczema and so on were found in the operation site; (7) Women's menstruation or pregnancy; (8) Extreme fatigue or drunkenness.
