Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 35-75 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for lumbago fasciitis: refer to the diagnostic criteria set by the state administration of traditional Chinese medicine for diagnosis and efficacy of TCM diseases and syndromes and the American diagnostic criteria for muscle fiber pain syndrome; 3. No contraindications or allergies to the test; 4. All patients signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Obvious waist and leg trauma fracture history; 2 Tumor compression, bone tumor or bone metastasis, bone tuberculosis, rheumatoid arthritis caused by back pain; 3 Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia, psychosis and other patients unable to accurately express their pain feelings; 4 Pregnant women, back spinal surgery and serious skin diseases.
