Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 3-12 years, male or female, no healthy volunteers; 2. Diagnosed as allergic rhinitis in line with the 2010 guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis and Diagnosed as asthma according to "Guideline for the diagnosis and optimal management of asthma in children" 3. Maintained the use of guideline-based rhinitis and asthma control drugs for nearly 1 month; 4. Positive house dust mite test for serum specific allergen; 5. Informed consent was signed by the guardians of all subjects (approved by IRB of Shanghai Children's Medical Center Affiliated Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine); 6. Agree to collect dust mites from mattresses indoors; 7. Cooperate with the follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Basic diseases such congenital heart disease, gastroesophageal reflux, bronchopulmonary dysplasis, bronchiolitis obliterans,etc; 2 .Can't sleep in a separate bed; 3. Participated in other similar clinical studies within 3 months.
