Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with lugol voiding lesions in esophagus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with gastrointestinal cancer needing endoscopic intervention/surgery, chemotherapy, or radiotherapy; 2) history of radiotherapy or chemotherapy for any other cancer; 3) history of gout; 4) refused to participate the study or cannot give informed consent.
