Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent esophageal endoscopic submucosal dissection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) non-curative resection; 2) with additional treatments after esophageal endoscopic submucosal dissection (including surgery, radiotherapy, or chemotherapy); 3) complicated with severe esophageal stricture after endoscopic submucosal dissection and cannot eat; 4) with other gastrointestinal cancer or non-gastrointestinal cancer; 5) history of radiotherapy or chemotherapy for any other cancer; 6) history of gout; 7) refused to participate the study or cannot give informed consent.
