Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged >= 18 years; (2) Living in Jilin Province during the study period; (3) Comply with the diagnostic criteria defined in the GOLD2018 or GINA 2018 guidelines for the diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or asthma >= 3 months; (4) Voluntarily join the study and sign a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) There are difficulties in communication due to vision, hearing, and language barriers, and there are mental illnesses or psychological problems; (2) There are uncontrolled coronary heart disease, renal failure, hypertension and other diseases that significantly increase the mortality rate; (3) Women of childbearing age who have a pregnancy or plan to have a pregnancy within 1 year.
