Interventions

1:Esomeprazole 20mg, q.i.d., Furazolidone 0.1g, q.i.d., for 1 week.
2:Amoxicillin 1g, b.i.d, Clarithromycin 500mg, b.i.d., Bismuth Potassium Citrate Tablets 0.6g, b.i.d, Esomeprazole 20mg, b.i.d., for 2 weeks

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient must meet the following three requirements: (1) Aged 18 to 70 years, male and female; (2) C13 urea breath test or rapid urease test is positive.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Antibiotics, PPI, expectorant or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs have been used within one month; (2) Pregnancy or lactation; (3) Allergic to the drugs used in the study; (4) Combined with a serious underlying disease or other disease that may lead to treatment failure; (5) With a history of gastrointestinal surgery, or a recent history of other types of surgery; (6) Having a family history of genetic disease, a history of mental illness, etc.; (7) Subjects are participating in other research topics; (8) The investigator believes that other reasons are not suitable for continuing clinical trials.
