Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) clinical manifestations of continuous or repeated attacks of diarrhea, mucous pus and blood with abdominal pain, tenesmus and other systemic symptoms of different degrees, the course of disease in more than 4 ~ 6 weeks.May have the skin, the mucous membrane, the joint, the eye, the liver gallbladder and so on enteral expression.(2) colonoscopy and mucosal biopsy were consistent with the pathological findings of UC
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Rule out acute infective enteritis, amebic bowel disease, intestinal tuberculosis, fungal enteritis, antimicrobial correlation enteritis (including false membranous enteritis), ischemic colitis, radioactive enteritis, acidophilic granulocyte enteritis, allergic purpura, collagenous colitis, irritable white disease, colon polyps, colonic diverticulitis and HIV infection combined colon lesions such as infection and the infection colon lesions.
