Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patients met the diagnostic criteria of American Rheumatism Association for OA of knee joint; Kellgren-Lawrence was classified as Grade I-III; aged 40-65 years; knee pain remained after more than three months of conservative treatment such as NSAIDs; NSAIDs were not taken two weeks before treatment; patients informed consent to the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Rheumatoid arthritis; gout; articular infectious diseases; radiculopathy; acute knee injury; secondary proliferative osteoarthritis; platelet dysfunction syndrome; severe thrombocytopenia (< 105/ml); hypofibrinogenemia; sepsis; coagulation disorders; tumors or metastases; active stage of infectious diseases Pregnancy or lactation; Immunodeficiency; Hepatitis B and C; Acquired Immunodeficiency Disease.
