Nasal catheter group:Inhalation of 100% pure oxygen through mask with oxygen flow rate of 1L/min through nasal catherter durine surgery
Mask group:Inhalation of 100% pure oxygen through mask with oxygen flow rate of 5L/min durine

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged from 1 to 12 of year, with ASA physical status I, undergoing ambulatory surgery in supine position were included in the study; 2. The operation type included high ligation of the processus vaginalis, highligation in treatment of inguinal hernial sac ,and excision of body superficial mass.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The criteria of exit and termination were the disagreement of the family, or obvious upper or lower airway infection symptoms such as cough, runny nose and sneeze; 2. desteration of pulse oxygen saturation as it cannot be maintained at more than 90%, and other abnormalities during the operation need to stop the study; 3. With systemic diseases before surgery.
