Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of acute aplastic anemia in the European Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Aplastic Anemia 2010, and meets the following criteria for admission: (1) Less than 25 years old; KPS score > 60, estimated survival > 3 months; (2) No serious systemic damage to vital organ function; (3) The time from diagnosis to transplantation was not more than 3 months and no ATG treatment was received; (4) HLA matched sibling donor or HLA haploidentical donor; (5) Voluntary subjects, informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Hereditary hematopoietic failure disease; (2) Patients who cannot follow up on schedule; (3) Patients who are unable to complete the necessary treatment plan and follow-up observation are not guaranteed.
