Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients had a clinical diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke,and Complies with the diagnostic criteria for ischemic cerebrovascular disease as defined in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in China 2017; 2. Patients with a mrs score of 0-1 before AIS; 3. Patients had commenced within 48 hours before entry into the study; 4. Patients who agreed and gave written informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete clinical data or follow-up data; 2. Patients with presented allergies to the study drug or celery; 3. Patients who were pregnant or breast-feeding; 4. Patients with malignant tumors; 5. Patients with a major history of surgery within 2 weeks prior to onset; 6. Patients with intracranial hemorrhage was shown by MRI or CT. 7. Patients with serious heart (NYHA heart function>=III), liver(ALT >40 IU/L), and kidney (Cre>104umol/L) function abnormalities, severe hypertension(BP>200/110 mmHg), or any other serious diseases. 8. Patients with Cardiogenic cerebral infarction, lacunar infarction,cerebral hemorrhagic infarction, epilepsy or epileptic seizures,history of neurological diseases, metabolic diseases and contraindications to antiplatelet treatments.
