29 Years to 53 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Type B ultrasonic confirmed II > 4 cm in diameter uterine fibroids; 2. Single submucosal myoma; 3. Require treatment and keep the uterus, and do not want to use open or laparoscopic surgery; 4. Can communicate feelings during treatment; 5. Patients' informed consent, complete medical history data and complete follow-up data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined pregnancy; 2. Patients with malignant uterine lesions; 3. Patients with tumors in other parts; 4. Patients with previous blood system diseases or severe organ dysfunction, combined with severe visceral diseases; 5. Patients unable to communicate independently; 6. Contraindications to high-intensity focused ultrasound; 7. Those who are contraindicated to use GnRH-a; 8. Contraindicated hysteroscopic surgery.
