Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 40-75 years who were admitted to hospital for craniotomy from July 2019 to April 2020 and had one of the following diseases (diagnosed hypertension, angina pectoris, coronary artery disease, CO < 4L/min, EF < 50%, cardiomyopathy, congenital heart disease, valvular disease of moderate or above, symptomatic arrhythmia)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Only one of the following items could be excluded: grade asaiv-v, severe dry very functional impairment, moderate or above reduction in pulmonary function, history of alcohol and drug abuse, inability to cooperate or rejection of participants
