18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patient aged 18-80 years old; 2. High-risk ACP diseases were diagnosed by gold standard (AAD was diagnosed by aortic CTA, AMI was diagnosed by coronary angiography, PE was diagnosed by pulmonary CTA); 3. The time from onset of symptoms to emergency admission was less than 24 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of cancer; 2. Recent history of infectious diseases; 3. History of autoimmune diseases; 4. Pregnant women; 5. Repeated visits during the selection period; 6. Refuse to participate in this study.
