Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 65 years or older, gender is not limited; (2) ASA grade I to grade III; (3) Scheduled for ureteroscopic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) With analgesic/sedative drug injection within 24 hours before surgery; (2) history of allergy to anesthetics and contraindications for non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, dexmedetomidine contraindications; (3) long-term addiction and dependence on opioids or hypnotics, long-term alcoholics; (4) incompatibility with uncommunicable and neuropsychiatric disorders; (5) severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction, serious endocrine diseases. (6) Authors of respiratory infections and asthma before surgery.
