Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and diagnosed with sepsis; 2. Aged 18-85 years old; 3. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or mentally illness; 2. Immunodeficiency patients; Using hormones or immunosuppressants; 3. HIV-ab positive; 4. Unwilling to participate in the trial or cooperate with treatment.
