Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative imaging and laboratory examination for resectable pancreatic body and/or tail ductal adenocarcinoma. 2.Patients whose ECOG performance status are 0 or 1. 3.Patients who are 20 years or older. 4.Patients who understand the patient information form and sign informed consent. 5.Complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with major complications who cannot tolerate surgery. 2.Preoperative imaging examination or intraoperative exploration revealed distant metastasis. 3.Preoperative chemotherapy or radiotherapy. 4.Patients who underwent abdominal surgery. 5.Patients with other malignant tumor.
