Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed diagnosis of myasthenia gravis, that is, according to the consensus of experts in myasthenia gravis in China, the typical myasthenia symptoms of fluctuating fatigue, pharmacological tests or electrophysiological tests positive; 2. Onset aged <=14 years old; 3. AChR-Ab or Musk-Ab positive; 4. Written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with heart disease, abnormal liver and kidney function, abnormal blood system, chronic infection or tumor (excluding thymoma); 2. Patients who persisted in withdrawing from the group due to non-adverse drug reactions (e.g. those who were unable to pay for the drug or were switching to Chinese medicine alone).
