Group 2:Neoadjuvant chemoterapy+Radical cystectomy and Standard lymph nodes dissection+adjuvant chemotherapy

18 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects volunteered to participate and signed informed consent; 2. Male or Female, aged from 18-80 years old, 3. expected life>6 months; 4. Histologically confirmed urothelial carcinoma of bladder, or majorly urothelial carcinoma of bladder with squamous metaplasia or glandular metaplasia 5. Diagnose as T3-4 or N1-2 by cystoscopy, CT, MRI or PET-CT; 6. ECOG score from 0-1; 7. Good function of main organs: liver, kidney, bone marrow, heart and etc; 8. Patient compliance and to allow adequate follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bladder cancer without any urothelium carcinoma component,such as adenocarcinoma,squamous cell carcinoma, small cell carcinoma; 2. Evidence of distant metastasis beyond the pelvis; 3. Prior pelvic radiation therapy dosage >= 30Gy six months preoperatively; 4 Serious liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Severe/unstable angina, arrhythmia, symptomatic heart failure, hypertension that cannot be controlled by medications and 12 months for myocardial infarction; 6. Non-compliance of regular follow-up due to psychological, social, family and geographical and other reasons. 7. Accompanied with other malignant tumors have not been cured in the past five years, excluding those that have been cured.
