18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-80 years old; 2) Clinically diagnosed as colon cancer, clinical stage cT3NxMx-cT4NxMx; 3) agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) serious heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic diseases; 2) history of metabolic and endocrine diseases such as diabetes and hyperthyroidism; 3) pregnant and lactating women; 4) patients with mental illness; 5) participating in other clinical trials.
