18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 18-80 year old male or female; high risk factor with at least 1 lung cancer: smoking (more than 1 per day, continuous inhalation for more than 6 months), kitchen fumes, respiratory disease history, history of lung disease (asthma, chronic Obstructive emphysema, pneumonia and tuberculosis), occupational exposure to dust, asbestos dust, indoor pollution (such as decoration workers, indoor coal burning, etc.), pollution sources within 500 meters (smelting, chemical, coking, etc.), family history of lung cancer Women who are pregnant may need to use highly effective methods of contraception (such as oral contraceptives, intrauterine devices, libido or barrier contraceptives combined with spermicides) during the trial; ? Subjects voluntarily join the study Informed consent been signed, with good compliance and follow-up; chest CT showed sub-cm nodules (5mm<d<10mm).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy or lactation; abnormal coagulation; HIV-positive; history of psychotropic substance abuse and inability to abstain or history of mental disorder; investigators believe that subjects are not eligible for this study
