20 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) According to the New York Heart Association Classification (NYHA), the assessment of cardiac function is II-III,BMI >40kg/m2; (2) Diagnosed as a diabetic according to the guidelines for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes in China (3) Estimate the operation time between 2-2.5H; (4) According to the American Society of anesthesiologists standard ASA grade level II-III; (5) The function of lung, liver and kidney is normal, no other diseases such as cardiovascular system; (6) Patient is not allergic to propofol. (7) Aged 20 to 35 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe cardiovascular disease, history of stroke and renal vascular disease, renal failure, severe liver disease, and pheochromocytoma. (2) With history of smoking; (3) Neurological dysfunction, patients taking psychotropic drugs recently; (4) In addition to simple obesity, people with hypertension.
