Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Children with constipation admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology of Qilu Children's Hospital, the clinical diagnostic criteria refer to the 2016 edition of the Rome IV standard for the diagnosis of functional constipation in children. 2 Patients with constipation from 1-14 years old in the inland areas of Jinan, Shandong, and surrounding areas such as Dezhou, Liaocheng, Jining, Heze, Zibo, Tai'an, Zaozhuang and Weifang. 3 Diagnostic criteria Children aged = 4 years of age have at least one episode every week for more than one month, and meet the following two or more conditions, but the diagnosis of IBS is insufficient: (1) children over 14 years old are Toilet defecation <= 2 times; (2) at least 1 fecal incontinence per week; (3) fecal retention posture or excessive restraint of defecation history; (4) history of pain or difficulty in bowel movements; (5) large feces in the rectum; (6) large feces have blocked the toilet. After proper evaluation, symptoms cannot be fully explained by other diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Have had serious cardiovascular system, digestive system, neuropsychiatric system, urinary system and other organ dysfunction and systemic diseases in the past or when enrolled; 2 History of abdominal surgery. 3 Combined with systemic infection at the time of enrollment; 4 Within one month, there are antibiotics, antifungal drugs, hormones and other drugs that affect micro-ecological conditions, and there are oral local medications within one month: hormones, antibiotics, etc. 5 Taking calcium ion antagonists, acid suppressants, sedatives, anti-anxiety drugs and various diet pills.
