Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patient group: (VAS >=3 in the pain group), neck pain symptoms occurred in the past 3 months, and the pain site was distributed around the bilateral neck. 2. Contral group: Without symptoms of neck pain in the past year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital or acquired bone deformity, history of shoulder trauma, neck and shoulder tumors, congenital and acquired spastic torticollis, stroke, Parkinson's disease, cervical disc herniation, drug application history within 3 months, long-term fitness and athletes.
