Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The patient regularly and rationally eliminates androgen therapy and eventually develops mCRPC Diagnostic criteria for mCRPC patients: In addition to clear distant metastases, serum testosterone reached castration levels (<50 ng/dl or 1.7 nmol/L); Progress in biochemical progression or imaging: Biochemical progression refers to the measurement of PSA rises three times in a row at intervals of 1 week or more, with a 50% increase from the lowest of two consecutive times; (2) The patient is currently generally acceptable to tolerate further chemotherapy or endocrine therapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients require additional treatment in addition to simple endocrine therapy or chemotherapy; 2. Patients with more systemic complications, can not tolerate further chemotherapy or endocrine therapy.
