Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic criteria for opioid dependence in psychoactive substance-induced mental disorders; 2. Male and female aged 18 to 60 years; 3. Initial drug users are predominant; 4. Informed consent, volunteer subjects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency, pulmonary insufficiency or other serious diseases (ALT, AST greater than 180IU/L); 2. Blood pressure below 85/55 mmHg or heart rate below 50 beats/minute; 3. Severe infectious diseases; 4. Those with a history of severe neurological and psychiatric disorders, other serious physical diseases, HIV infection and severe malnutrition.
