Group 1:pillow-free with head extension position

Age

17 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: > 17 years of age, with a body mass index between 20-35 kg m-2, and scheduled for intubation with direct laryngoscope or video laryngoscope were assessed for eligibility from the intensive care unit at Local Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The patient's family refused; 2) Care teams refusal; 3) Use of invasive airway (i.e.: supra-glottic device etc.) or fibrobronchoscopy intubation
