Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with type 2 diabetes who meet the 1999 World Health Organization diagnostic criteria for DM; 2) Selective operation patients undergoing coronary artery bypass surgery; 3) In the perioperative period, patients use continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion(CSII group) or multiple subcutaneous insulin injections (MSII group) for hypoglycemic therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Other types of diabetes, such as type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes, pancreatic exocrine diseases and other endocrine diseases that affect glucose metabolism; 2) Emergency surgical patients; 3) Patients who have recently used drugs such as glucocorticoids that cause elevated blood sugar.
