Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infertility patients undergoing electively frozen single blastocyst transfer: 1. The patient's age <= 38 years old; 2. BMI <=23 kg / m2; 3. Previous embryo transfer failures <=2; 4. Cryopreservation of at least ones blastocyst; 5. Maximum endometrium thickness of embryo-derived fresh cycle more than 7 mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fresh cycles of embryonic origin were characterized by abnormal IVF or ICSI fertilization, untreated hydrosalpinx, ovarian endometriosis cysts, adenomyosis, untreated endometrial polyps, intrauterine adhesion, and intrauterine adhesion decomposition.
