Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unilateral IIH undergoing ipsilateral testicular exploration in the Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University; 2. Agree to sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients had cryptorchidism,bilateral hernias,hydrocele,varicocele,concurrent infection,concurrent testicular torsion; 2. Patients with other diseases or poor general condition who are expected to survive less than 1 year; 3. Patients whose parents refused follow-up.
