Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Experimental group A, age 0 to 3 years old at the time of surgery; B, ASA grade I~III. Control group: infants of the same age, same race, and same sex who did not receive general anesthesia and surgery in their jurisdiction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Experimental group: A, premature infants with gestational age less than 36 weeks or preoperative screening have been found to have developmental, cognitive or behavioral abnormalities; B, known congenital malformations may have a potential impact on the development of neurological function in children Disease; C, known to have central nervous system disorders; D, history of birth asphyxia in children; E, children undergoing cardiac, thoracic surgery or neurosurgery; F, children with emergency surgery; G, with malignant tumors Children; H, the mother of the child has received general anesthesia during pregnancy; I, communication with the guardian language is difficult.
