Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) pregnant women within 12 weeks of pregnancy; (2) Currently living in a place of residence for more than one year, there is no long-term migration plan for other areas in the next year; (3) Signing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant who are mentally handicapped or have difficulty understanding the contents of the questionnaire cannot talk effectively.
