65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. femoral neck fracture; 2. aged >=65 years old; 3. hemiarthroplasty; 4. total hip arthroplasty; 5. internal fixation (dynamic hip screw, hollow nail, proximal femoral nail, et al); 6. fresh fracture (preoperative delay<=2 weeks).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pathological fracture; 2. less than 5 years of follow-up; 3. preoperative delay>2 weeks.
