2 Years to 16 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Pediatric patients of elective neurological surgery in general anesthesia; 2) Expected surgery duration more than 2 hours; 3) Age 2-16 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) refused to participate; 2) poor invision and/or hearing impeding assessment of delirium; 3) poor cognitive function impeding assessment of delirium; 4) ASA>=4.
