Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with thier primary PICC or PORT insertions; (2) Aged >=18 years; (3) Insertion, every maintenance and removal all performed in this hospital; (4) The catheter dwell time of PICC or PORT >=3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Incomplete information of insertion, every maintenance and removal; (2) Patients with venous catheterization contraindications; (3) Patients could only be inserted PORT because of contraindications of PICC (i.e. patients after bilateral radical mastectomy).
