Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female patients over 18 years old; 2. critical coronary heart disease patients with planned or emergency PCI who need to be protected by IABP during the operation. Including patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction, acute non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris and stable angina pectoris; 3. patients who can successfully insert IABP via arterial approach; 4. patients who can understand the purpose of the trial, voluntarily participate in and sign informed consent forms, and are willing to carry out clinical follow-up as required by the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who were not suitable for IABP; 2. female patients during pregnancy or lactation; 3. patients who were not considered suitable to participate in the study; 4. patients with contraindications to antiplatelet and anticoagulant therapy who could not be treated with anticoagulant therapy; 5. subjects who had participated in other clinical trials in the past month; 6. those who had participated in other drug or medical device trials but did not reach the main end point of the study.
