Age

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged between 18 and 75 years; 2) HCC with no previous treatment; 3) Liver fucntion: Child Pugh A, resectable disease (*MDT); 4) Eastern Co-operative Group performance status < 3; MDT by Hepatobiliary & Pancreatic Division, First Affiliated Hospital, School of Medicine, Zhejiang University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Recurrence HCC; 2) ICC or mixed liver cancer; 3) The presence of distant metastasis or other malignant diseases; 4) Other diseases may shorter survival time; 5) Evidence of hepatic decompensation including ascites, esophageal or gastric variceal bleeding or hepatic encephalopathy, or ICGR-15 >15%, or unrestable tumor.
